Every Summit Pathway experience is custom-built, but each includes:

Full access to the 10-week group coaching experience that lays the foundation for self-discovery, motivation, strategy, and planning. Every student also has lifetime access to the materials.

An in-depth evaluation of your teen’s current situation, academic standing, goals, and areas of opportunity.
✅ Private 1-on-1 Coaching
Ongoing sessions with a seasoned coach who works directly with your teen to design and refine multiple facets of their path forward.

Who coaches Summit Pathway?
Ready4Launch and Summit Pathway are led by Tara Brasier, an educator with over 25 years of helping students succeed.
Tara's mission is to empower Ontario's young adults to confidently navigate their path to post-secondary education and beyond.
Her core goal is to foster personal growth, self-discovery, and equip students with critical life and learning skills.
